What We Collect

The quote form collects only what a travel agent needs to answer you well: your name and email, an optional phone number, the number of travellers, your dates or months, the route you want, the ship class, your budget, traveller ages, any notes, and the ship you enquired about. Nothing else is requested. Optional fields can be left blank.

How We Use It

The details you enter in the form are used for one purpose: to send your quote request to the partner travel agency and to let them answer you by email. The site does not keep requests in a database of its own. Each request is delivered by email and nothing more is stored here.

Who Receives It

Only a few parties ever see what you submit: the site inbox, the partner travel agency that prepares your quote, and the email delivery service that carries the message between them. No one else receives it. By ticking the checkbox before you send, you agree to this sharing.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and form events, such as step one completed and request sent. It sets no advertising profile of its own. The numbers serve one aim: understanding how the pages and the form perform so the guide can be improved.

Your Choices

You can ask at any time to see what you sent or to have it deleted. Email info@cruisesinantarctica.com and the request is handled, either as a copy for your records or as a withdrawal from the agency. A phone number is optional; email alone is enough.
